Let's see what it takes. /p h3What you will do: /h3 ul liProvide high-quality customer support via chat, email, and phone /li liSupport customers with order status, delivery information, and product-related questions /li liBuild strong and lasting customer relationships /li liHandle customer inquiries and feedback /li liProvide valid, accurate information and solutions to customer requests /li liUnderstand customers' needs and deliver constructive feedback to the management team /li liBe a part of fast-paced environment requiring strong focus, commitment, and adaptability to different shifts including weekends and holidays /li /ul h3What you need to succeed in this role: /h3 ul liFluent in Danish (C1 level or higher) and excellent English communication skills (at least B2 level) /li liAt least 6-12 months of support experience /li liComfortable working with high ticket volumes /li liPositive, proactive and responsible attitude /li liPersonal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)
