Experteer Overview In this role you shape the product strategy for scanner-enabled implant workflows and digital full-arch solutions, aligning cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, integrated treatment experiences. You drive the roadmap, identify market opportunities, and lead collaboration across product, clinical, and platform teams to bring differentiated implant scanning innovations to market. You will champion end-to-end workflow integration and scalable digital solutions that enhance clinical efficiency and patient care. - Develop and articulate a clear strategy and vision for implant scanning innovations and digitally enabled workflows
- Own the roadmap and lifecycle for digital implant workflow innovations including DirectIP and digital full arch workflows
- Identify customer pain points and market opportunities and translate into differentiated digital solutions
- Drive innovation around scanbody-enabled workflows, implant scanning concepts, workflow automation, and AI-supported experiences




- Collaborate with IOS product management and development teams to enable clinically excellent implant workflows on Straumann platforms
- Partner with implant business units, restorative and surgical teams for integration into interdisciplinary treatment protocols
- Work with AXS and digital platform teams to improve end-to-end workflow integration and connected experiences
- Collaborate with product marketing on launch readiness and portfolio expansion
- Engage with customers, clinicians, and countries to gain insights on workflow adoption and competitive solutions
- Act as product expert and focal point for implant scanning innovations and digital full-arch solutions
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and foster a one-team culture across brands and partnersResponsabilidades
- Postgraduate degree in business, marketing, engineering, dentistry or a related field
- 7+ years of professional experience in product management or related functions
- Experience with medical devices (preferred in dental)
- Experience with software development and agile frameworks
