This role focuses on implementing and continuously improving the Global Safety Management System (SMS), ensuring regulatory compliance, mitigating risks, and driving safety performance across multiple sites. You will lead safety initiatives, conduct audits, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance operational safety and achieve strategic safety targets. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liImplement and maintain the General Safety Management System (SMS) /li liIdentify hazards and drive risk assessment and mitigation activities /li liUtilize feedback systems to address safety deficiencies and ensure timely corrective actions /li liManage and continuously improve SMS to reduce operational and corporate risks /li liSupport achievement of Safety Performance Targets (SPTs) through planning and safety initiatives /li liDeliver safety training and mentor personnel across training centres /li liInfluence and coach stakeholders to strengthen safety culture /li liConduct annual safety audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards /li liSupport continuous improvement through safety assurance and monitoring activities /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liAviation background (e.g., flight operations, training, safety, engineering/maintenance, air traffic, aviation compliance, or related operational aviation environments).
