Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality customer support to Romanian-speaking clients via telephone, email, and live chat channels in a professional and timely manner

Native or fluent Romanian language skills, both spoken and written, are essential for this role A valid EU passport is mandatory for all applicants A good working knowledge of English (written and spoken) for internal communication purposes

Previous experience in Customer Support Services, customer care, or a related client-facing role is advantageous but not strictly required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping customers
