We are building the next generation of tech leaders through hands‑on programs, industry partnerships, and real‑world experiences. We are looking for a dynamic, results‑driven intern to take ownership of our growth strategy and drive enrollment across all our programs.
The Role
You will run all campaigns and sales activities for Metapilot Academy, with full ownership of our digital marketing, community building, and enrollment pipeline. This is a high‑impact role that directly influences our growth while working with a passionate team committed to transforming tech education.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Write compelling emails, manage social media channels, and create marketing materials.
- Events & Campus Activities: Organize on‑campus events weekly, manage check‑ins with QR codes, capture content for social media, and participate in larger tech industry events.
- Community Growth: Build and grow our student community and manage relationships with venues.
- Sales & Lead Generation: Execute KPI‑based sales for private university programs and event tickets.
- Student Engagement: Run student interviews and manage the prospect journey from inquiry to enrollment.
- Market Research: Understand local trends, demand, and competitors in Barcelona’s education landscape.
- Partnerships: Build strong relationships with schools, companies, agencies, and public institutions.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, report sales metrics, and optimize strategy based on data.
- Reporting: Report to the CEO on results weekly, fully managing all marketing and sales channels and executing tasks based on CEO feedback.
- Expectations:
Must be experienced in marketing and events and able to self‑correct; this is not a learning position for sales or marketing.
Required Qualifications
- Proven KPI experience: Must demonstrate former sales KPIs on events and education leads, providing clear numbers showing actual sales conversions.
- EU work eligibility: Must have EU citizenship or the right to work in the EU.
- Sales background: Proven sales and development experience, ideally in higher education or services.
- Marketing expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (email, social media, influencers), community growth skills, content creation, event management, and onboarding for events.
- Event experience: Track record organizing events and driving attendance/registrations.
- CRM proficiency: Experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
- Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, and relationship‑building abilities.
- Target‑driven mindset: Proactive, independent, and results‑focused.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
- Experience in the Barcelona education market.
- Understanding of multi‑channel strategies (events, online campaigns, referrals).
- Data analysis and reporting skills.
Compensation Structure
- Part‑Time (20 h/week) – KPI‑Driven with Commission.
- Base Salary: €500 EUR gross per month (part‑time, 20 h/week).
- Commission: 20% on all sales from programs and event tickets, calculated on profit.
- Working hours: 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., Monday‑Friday on campus.
- Direct correlation between performance and total earnings; high potential for commission earnings based on sales volume.
