In this role you ensure SAP solutions are reliable, compliant and trustworthy within a highly regulated setting. You’ll bridge development, architecture and governance while collaborating with global teams to improve consistency and transparency across the SAP landscape. You help shape how we design, validate and release systems that directly impact people’s ability to reconnect with the world. This is a chance to drive measurable quality improvements at scale in a mission-driven company.Compensaciones / Incentivos• Review and approve development, customizing, and solution architecture deliverables• Assess SAP developments (ABAP, CDS Views, RAP, Fiori/UI5, OData, BTP extensions, APIs, integrations)• Define, maintain, and enforce development standards and best practices• Identify technical risks and improvement opportunities• Act as independent quality gate for transports, changes, and releases• Review and approve release documentation in SAP ALM / Cloud ALM• Support Go/No-Go decisions based on quality, risk and compliance• Ensure adherence to global change management and release processes• Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, MDR, FDA and internal standards• Drive risk-based validation aligned with CSV and CSA principles• Review and approve validation deliverables and release evidence• Promote efficient,
compliant documentation practices• Identify and address weaknesses in development, architecture, release and validation processes• Coach development teams on modern SAP development practices• Contribute to SOPs, Work Instructions, standards and methodologies• Drive continuous improvements across the SAP lifecycle and delivery processesResponsabilidades• Solid experience in SAP environments (ERP / S/4HANA) with custom development and integration• Strong technical background in ABAP, SQL, Java, and object-oriented programming• Good understanding of integration technologies/protocols (RFC, IDoc, XML, EDI)• Proven end-to-end SAP project lifecycle experience (design, build, test, release, operate)• Familiar with Agile and hybrid delivery models in SOP-driven environments• Experience in regulated environments xqbhyrx or exposure to quality/compliance frameworks is advantageous• Ability to drive and support process and organizational change in complex IT landscapes• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with risk assessment and improvement proposal skills• Confident communicator for stakeholders across IT, Quality and Business• Self-driven, structured, outcome-oriented, able to work globally• Strong collaboration mindset with assertiveness when quality/compliance are at risk• Fluent EnglishRequisitos principales• flexible hybrid working model• training opportunities• growth opportunities with development plans• equal opportunity employer• international collaboration• inclusive culture
