What you will do in this role - Engage with B2B customers via live chat, email, and messaging platforms to understand their needs and recommend suitable HP products.

- Demonstrate HP products and features via video call.
- Convert inbound/outbound chat conversations into qualified leads and sales, helping to increase sales and market share. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer profiles.
- Deliver excellent customer service by answering queries efficiently and confidently.
- Maintain expert knowledge of HP's offerings, market trends, and competitors.
- Manage CRM records accurately, logging all interactions and pipeline stages. Support marketing campaigns, scriptwriting, translations, and training material development.
- Assist with inventory reporting, merchandising, and occasional filming support, including possible after-hours tasks.




- Handle multiple conversations professionally in a fast-paced environment.

- Are proficient or bilingual in English - Have 1-3 years of customer service, inside sales, or chat support experience (especially in tech or electronics).
- Have a passion for or experience with technology and HP products.
- Communicate with clarity and empathy-written and spoken.

- Are skilled with CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) and digital sales platforms.
- Are friendly, self-driven, positive, and comfortable working toward sales targets.
