Salary: 21,600 yearly gross + up to 2,000 yearly gross bonus + private medical insurance
About the Role
This on-site Dutch-speaking Sales Development role is idóneo for ambitious candidates who want to build a career in business development, sales prospecting, and modern digital engagement. You will identify potential customers, qualify leads, and support the expansion of a global tech-driven business environment. This role requires strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to build rapport quickly.
What You Will Do
- Identify and qualify potential business leads in the Dutch-speaking market
- Conduct outbound calls and respond to inbound prospects
- Understand customer needs and match them with appropriate product solutions
- Maintain accurate lead documentation in the CRM
- Support the pipeline building process for the sales team
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve strategy and lead-generation quality
- Participate in workshops and coaching sessions to strengthen your sales skills
Required Skills & Profile
- Fluent Dutch and strong English
- Confidence in communicating with business prospects
- Interest in sales, negotiation, and client engagement
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work on-site in Valencia
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
- Eligibility to work in the EU
Work Conditions
- On-site in Valencia
- 39h/week, Monday to Friday, 9:00-18:00
