At FLUZO, we are looking for a sales professional with two years of experience and native or bilingual in German to join our expanding team and help develop our operations in Germany and Austria. The position will be based in Madrid, with frequent travels and remote work flexibility after the training and onboarding phase.

What Will You

Do?

Develop Sales Strategies: Implement and execute strategies to accelerate revenue growth in Germany and Austria.

Generate Leads and New Opportunities: Identify and attract potential new clients.

Own client relations: From the opening of conversations to the closing of deals and beyond.

Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with senior profiles to materialize sales, support the team during projects, achieve renewals and upsells, conduct market research..

Maintain Strong Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with advertisers, media agencies, and other key players in the advertising and media industry.

What Do You

Need?

Sales Experience: At least two years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the advertising industry. Previous experience in AdTech/MarTech is highly valued.

Educational Background: A university degree in areas such as Marketing, Business, Data analytics or International Relations is positively valued.

Bilingual or Native-level German fluency.



A language test will be conducted.

Strong proactive attitude & eager to learn.

Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Results Oriented mindset: A profile focused on achieving and surpassing goals.
