About us
Greenda is an early-stage AgTech startup backed by TDK, building the scientific backbone that makes precision agriculture actionable for farmers and agri-technicians. Our platform combines image-based crop diagnosis, pest prediction, and integrated pest management tools to deliver grounded, field-relevant intelligence at scale. We are currently focused on permanent horticultural crops in Spain, with a roadmap to expand into new markets as our science and data infrastructure matures.
Why this role matters In this role, you will report to Greenda’s Commercial Director and will own Greenda's commercial presence in Spain.
You will lead all sales and partnership activity across the Spanish market, managing and coordinating a local customer development team. Your goal is to turn real conversations with cooperatives and agribusinesses into paying customers, and to bring the field intelligence that shapes our product and commercial strategy. This is a role for someone who wants to build something that helps the agriculture industry. What you'll do
Territory & team leadership
Own the Spanish commercial territory: set priorities with commercial team, manage pipeline, and coordinate the efforts of local staff toward shared targets
Act as the senior point of accountability for all Spain-based sales, partnerships, and customer relationships
Report directly to the Commercial Director and represent Spain in company-wide commercial planning
Sales & partnerships
Lead the full sales cycle with agricultural cooperatives and agribusinesses, from prospecting and partnership development through onboarding, adoption, check-ins, and renewal or expansion
Identify and develop strategic partnerships with agricultural associations, agronomy institutions, and sector organisations across Spain
Advise on the commercial offer for the Spanish market, including pricing, positioning, objection handling, and sales cycle frameworks
Build and manage pipeline with rigor, maintain clean records in HubSpot, own forecasting, and produce clear weekly reporting for the leadership team
Customer & field engagement
Lead in-person and remote discussions with cooperative managers, agronomist technicians, and farmers to drive adoption and capture structured feedback
Own documentation of all in-person visits, pilot sessions, and feedback calls, maintained in HubSpot and shared with relevant internal teams
Act as the bilingual bridge between Spanish customers and Germany-based product and commercial teams, including live interpretation on calls when required
Product & commercial intelligence
Advise the Product team on user pain points, must-have workflows, and success metrics from the field
Deliver a prioritized problem list and validated jobs-to-be-done (JTBD) for cooperative technicians and managers
Surface clear commercial case studies and identify expansion and renewal paths from pilot customers
