We're partnering with a fast-growing AI startup that is redefining how B2B SaaS companies sell software. Founded by a team of well-known, repeat SaaS operators and serial entrepreneurs with a track record of building and scaling category-defining products the company has already raised €10M+ from one of the world's leading venture funds and top angels. Operating between Barcelona and San Francisco, they're building a new product category and scaling their commercial team fast.

We're looking for a Sales Manager to lead and grow one of their sales teams in Spain. This is a hands-on, operational leadership role you'll own the number, coach the team daily, and help build a world-class sales organization from an early stage

What you'll do

- Lead, coach and grow a team of ~5-6 seniors Account Executives, setting the performance bar.
- Own the number: forecast, pipeline and delivery against quarterly and annual targets.
- Build and optimize the sales process (methodology, qualification, sales cycles)



in a new-category environment.
- Provide day-to-day operational coaching sit in on deals, review demos, and lift the team's conversion.
- Work closely with Revenue/GTM leadership and Product to feed market learnings back into the business.
- Hire and scale the team as the Spanish operation grows.

What we’re looking for

- A proven people leader. At least 3 years managing sales teams hiring, building and developing high-performing teams from the ground up.
- Overachievement is your default. Hitting target isn't a milestone you aim for consistently beating it is simply how you work.
- A RevOps mindset you can prove: Analytical, operational and numbers-driven, with a concrete project or initiative you can point to that shows it.
- Natural charisma. When you speak, people listen you inspire a team and sell a vision without forcing it.
