Senior Sales Manager – Pet and Animal Wellness (PAW) EMEA will be responsible for driving revenue growth and strengthening customer relationships across the Central and Eastern European region.

Performance Tracking: Monitor account performance, sales metrics, and pipeline progress to ensure achievement of revenue and business goals. Bachelor’s degree in Animal Nutrition/Science, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Science, or similar degree in Business Management. Over 2 years of B2B technical sales or account management experience in Pet Health / Nutrition, functional ingredients, or related industries.

Proven success in account development, contract negotiation, and revenue generation. Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and analytical tools (Power BI, Excel). Demonstrate the ability to generate high-quality Leads within the pet food,
