Experteer Overview
In this role you will partner with the product team to ensure high-quality product delivery and ongoing improvements. You will leverage user insights, metrics, and collaboration across CS, Marketing, Finance, and Sales to shape the roadmap. You will create prototypes, define specs, and support PoCs to accelerate launches. You help maintain a clear backlog and enable cross-functional communication to deliver customer value. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Conduct user interviews, analyze feedback, and review product metrics to aid prioritization
• Identify improvements using Customer Journey mapping and Jobs to Be Done
• Groom and maintain the product backlog with clear tickets for development
• Manage daily product-related incidents and answer questions from other teams
• Create prototypes and provide specs and visual guidance with Design
• Collaborate with developers on PoCs to speed up feature launches




• Support QA on specific features when needed
• Coordinate cross-functional communications for feature launches to convey value
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement automation to boost efficiency

• Solid experience in a similar role
• Experience shipping AI-powered features and reflective on outcomes
• Deeply user-centric with regular user interaction guiding roadmap
• Data-informed with ability to define metrics, interpret results, and act
• Clear, unambiguous writing for specs and decisions
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with ability to manage trade-offs
• Proactive, direct, and able to push back when supported by evidence
• Fluent in English and Spanish
