Experteer Overview
In this role you support the EPC HSE Global Manager to promote and ensure health, safety and environmental compliance across Renvolt sites in Spain u0026amp; Portugal. You drive planning, documentation control, incident investigations and audits, while ensuring legal and ISO-aligned requirements. You will work with the EPC team and external services to implement IMS and site-specific HSE plans. The position combines hands-on field presence with coordination across multiple stakeholders to continuously improve HSE performance.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Plan and organize HSE activities for the EPC portfolio
• Control and monitor HSE on EPC sites
• Manage contractor documentation and HSE records
• Prepare and update HSE statistics and trending data
• Conduct periodic safety inspections and HSE audits/inspections
• Investigate accidents and incidents and report to EPC HSE Global Manager
• Coordinate with External Prevention Service and Mutual Insurance Company
• Develop and revise work procedures and instructions
• Promote HSE awareness among subcontractors and Voltalia EPC team
• Ensure compliance with HSE laws, codes and standards
• Assist in IMS implementation (ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 45001)
• Assist in developing HSE plans compliant with policies and client requirements
• Support local emergency response system development
• Provide feedback on HSE performance and deliver training and presentations
• Monitor HSE training, toolbox talks, drills and awareness actions
• Represent Renvolt in meetings with agencies, subcontractors, suppliers and clients
• Support HSE procurement of PPE and local policy implementation
• Engage in risk assessments and prepare preventive actions and checklists
• Report KPIs monthly and manage incident investigations
• Participate in HSE meetings and audits across sites
Responsabilidades
• University degree in engineering or related field
• 3–5 years of relevant EHS experience in construction/industrial environments (PV experience preferred)
• Knowledge of HSE systems and RD 1627/1997 regulations
• Knowledge of ISO 45001, OSHAS 18001 and ISO 14001 preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of safety regulations and environmental controls
• Driving license
• Spanish language proficiency; English advantageous
