The responsibilities include: /p ul liCustomer service assurance: ul liPreparation and monitoring of service dashboards, to guarantee compliance with the SLAs and contractual conditions. /li liService tracking meetings with the customer leadership. /li /ul /li liProviders service assurance: ul liPreparation and monitoring of service dashboards, to guarantee compliance with the SLAs and contractual conditions. /li liService tracking meetings with the providers leadership. /li /ul /li liDaily contractor/vendor deployment incident management /li liNetwork deployment projects budget and delivery target managing. /li liLeadership in telco and infrastructure deployment projects with customer and vendor/contractors. /li liCivil works drawing expertise. /li liUtilize the HS and SGC systems, processes and tools necessary to comply with VT policies,
