To support this growth, we are hiring a Junior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Barcelona and contribute to delivering tailor‑made boating experiences to our German clients.

The role

We’re looking for a Junior Sales Executive to join our crew in Barcelona.

In this role, you will play a key part in the German Market of the Sales Team, a business unit of around 40 people, managing German‑speaking clients interested in booking boat rentals. You’ll also work closely with the Supply and Customer Care crew members to deliver a seamless and high‑quality experience to our users.

Responsibilities

- Understanding our customers' needs and advising them on their boat search. Find the best deals for our customers by negotiating the best prices with Click&Boat; boat owners. No cold calling, only warm leads already in your pipeline.
- Maximizing the conversion rate by applying Sales strategies, and accompanying customers throughout the sales process until its conclusion, providing them with all the information relating to their booking.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty so that they think of Click&Boat; the next time they go sailing.





You will have a reachable annual target, which may be distributed on a monthly and/or four‑monthly basis. Over‑performance is rewarded.

To maximize the reactivity and customer satisfaction, we are used to working on Saturdays. You will be required to work at least one Saturday per month following a planning given in advance (you will get a recuperation day off then to ensure 2 days off per week).

Qualifications

- You are a native German and fluent in English.
- Ideally with successfull previous successful working experience in customer‑facing roles.
- You are a team player who inspires trust, is ready to take the initiative, and is distinguished by a customer‑satisfaction‑driven attitude.

Bonus points

- The knowledge of another language is highly valued.
- If you have a boating background and interest, it’s even more perfect!

Contract details

- Contract: Fijo‑Discontinuo (fixed term contract).

- Duration: 4 to 6 months.
- Salary: 1 705 euros gross per month.
