including research, sourcing, candidate assessment and management, offer recommendation, negotiation, and acceptance. /li liKeep systems and tools up to date and facilitate periodic hiring status reports to stakeholders. /li liDrive a consistent sourcing strategy. Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs through networking, relationship building, and proactive sourcing. /li liAdopt a data‑driven approach to ensure an effective decision‑making process and improve efficiency. /li liCreate engaging relationships with hiring managers, becoming the SME in the E2E hiring process to enable co‑ownership of the hiring agenda. /li liProvide best‑in‑class Hiring Manager and candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. /li liEnsure compliance and adherence to relevant geographic labor and employment laws. /li liContinuously improve existing recruiting processes and develop innovative strategies to attract top talent, staying updated on industry trends and incorporating best practices to optimize recruitment efforts. /li liBe an ambassador for the Parser mission and purpose, strengthen our employer brand and inspire candidates to join Parser. /li liSupport pre‑Onboarding activities in collaboration with hiring managers and HR colleagues. /li /ul h3What you will bring to the role /h3 pRole requirements: /p ul li+5 years of experience in full‑cycle recruitment for various tech and data roles either in an agency or in an IT/software company. /li liExceptional sourcing and assessment skills,
