Legal Counsel, Madrid

We are looking for a Spanish-qualified Legal Counsel with 5–8 years of private practice experience to join a small, high-performing legal team based across the UK and Spain.

Role Overview

This is a broad commercial role with a strong advisory focus.

Responsibilities

- Supplier & customer agreements – MSAs, licensing, distribution and framework arrangements
- General commercial governance and support
- Exposure to corporate and cross‑functional legal work as needed

Qualifications

- Previous experience at a leading law firm
- Bilingual Spanish–English (professional fluency in both)
- Strong commercial contracts background
- Experience with English law matters or UK-facing work (secondments or cross-border exposure highly desirable)
- Pragmatic, business‑minded legal approach

Location & Compensation

Location: Madrid (with some travel)

Salary: €100K–€120K plus bonus and benefits.
