As Senior Finance

Manager for Iberia region, you area key leader responsible for the full finance scope, combining financial controlling, statutory compliance, and advanced commercial finance partnering. Reporting to the Finance Director Commercial Europe, you will act as a strategic business partner to the Commercial organization and Leadership Team, driving profitable growth through robust financial planning, Gross-to-Net (GTN) management, and performance insight. This role blends strategic influence and hands-on execution, with ownership of financial performance, compliance, and team leadership.

• GTN Management Own and oversee Gross-to-Net (GTN) analysis, including trade spend, discounts, and promotional investments Deliver post-event analysis on commercial initiatives and promotions Financial Planning, Forecasting &

• Controlling Own the full P&L; for the Iberia entity, including Revenue, COGS, Brand support and OPEX Lead budget, rolling forecasts, and long-term planning processes Analyze performance vs.

• Compliance Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP) and Group IFRS.
