Job Summary

The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition serves as the strategic partner to the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition and plays a critical role in designing, building, and scaling the Talent Acquisition function at PACS. While supporting select corporate searches,



this role is primarily responsible for developing the operating model, recruiting processes, systems, analytics, reporting, technology roadmap, and hiring manager experience that will support long-term growth.

The Senior Manager partners across HR, Operations, Finance, and business leadership to create scalable recruiting practices, improve hiring outcomes, and establish Talent Acquisition as a trusted business partner.

- Support hiring strategy for critical positions.

- Analyze funnel performance and identify trends.
