To help us get there, our Legal team is on the lookout for a new Legal Mediator. /p h3Job Requirements /h3 ul li+5 years or experience in a similar role. /li liProven experience in mediation, pre‑litigation, or dispute resolution within a law firm, fintech, or Payment provider company. /li liStrong understanding of global payments, AML/compliance, and regulatory frameworks. /li liExperience in highly regulated sectors (e.g., fintech, gambling, CFDs, binary options). /li liDemonstrated ability to manage disputes with banks, PSPs, and regulatory authorities. /li liLanguages: Native in Portuguese and fluent in English. Spanish is a strong plus. /li liA practical, solutions‑driven mindset with strong negotiation and risk management skills. /li /ul h3Job Responsibilities /h3 ul liHandle company’s mediation and pre‑litigation strategy across Brazil. /li liAct as the key interface between clients, payment institutions,
