? Senior PMO Lead – International IT & Insurance Transformation Infotel SP is the Spanish subsidiary of Infotel Group, a publicly listed French technology group and an international leader in software development and IT services. We are looking for a Senior PMO Lead to define, implement and develop our Project Management Office in Barcelona, focused on the insurance sector.

This office will support the international IS/PMO headquarters of one of our leading European clients, recently relocated to Barcelona, and will manage our programme portfolio, including Competence Centres and dedicated services, among others.

We are looking for a leader who can define standards of excellence, implement governance models, and become a trusted reference for strategic programme management and continuous improvement. ? Your mission

As Head of PMO, you will be responsible for defining the project and programme management strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision, excellence in service delivery, and our clients’ objectives. ? Key responsibilities

Define the vision and strategy of the client- and sector-focused Project Management Office.

Design and implement the project and programme governance model.

Create corporate methodologies, policies, procedures and standards.

Define management indicators (KPIs), SLAs and executive dashboards.

Align project execution with the business strategy and service delivery model.

Lead the portfolio of strategic projects.

Coordinate organisational and technology transformation programmes.

Drive process standardisation and best practices.





Implement continuous improvement models focused on operational excellence.

Manage risks, capacity, planning and dependencies across projects.

Enable decision-making through reliable executive information.

Act as a reference point for IT governance, quality and organisation.

Provide cross-functional leadership to multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration without direct hierarchical authority.

Build strong relationships with clients, management, and internal and international stakeholders. ? What we are looking for

We are looking for someone with strategic vision, natural leadership and a strong focus on building high-performing organisations. ✅ We will particularly value:

More than 10 years of experience in IT project and programme management.

Experience leading PMOs or Project Governance functions.

Experience in organisational transformation.

Ability to design and implement processes from the ground up.

Experience defining governance models and executive reporting.

Experience managing complex portfolios.

A leadership style based on influence and credibility.

Strong negotiation skills without direct hierarchical authority.

An analytical, results-oriented mindset.

Excellent communication skills with technical,
