In this role you drive organizational strategy and operating model design for complex, multinational clients. You guide leaders to translate strategy into implementable structures, processes and governance, shaping the organization's capability and culture. You will lead high-impact transformations, coach senior executives, and oversee engaging, cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business value.

This position offers general exposure and the chance to influence multiple industries while advancing Korn Ferry’s transformation agenda.

- Develop proposals and articulate a compelling transformation vision to grow existing accounts and win new business
- Design and roll out organizational health checks and diagnostics
- Link leadership, structure, talent and culture to strategic aims
- Articulate and drive change, coaching leaders to champion transformation
- Develop detailed change management plans
- Scope and lead transformation interventions using expertise in organizational design, analytics, process review, strategy implementation, change management, and behavioural/cultural change
- Manage engagement delivery including client satisfaction, scope, quality, and profitability
- Build and lead collaborative, development-focused engagement teams




- Facilitate workshops with leaders up to Board level and balance stakeholder needs
- Act as relationship manager for large, complex clients including international points of contact
- Translate strategic direction into organizational constructs and capabilities
- Lead QA/peer reviews for transformation interventions
- Define and scope solution architecture for interventions as lead or contributor

Responsabilidades

- Master's or Doctorate plus 7-10+ years in consultancy or client HR/OD in large/high impact environments
- Alternatively significant experience in a top-tier professional services firm
- Experience leading large-scale business transformation and strategy implementation in multinational contexts
- Strong change management and leadership of project xugodme teams
- Track record of winning new business and growing existing accounts in transformation/strategy
- Strong business acumen advising senior executives across industries
- Technical depth in change management, transformation, strategy development/implementation, organizational design
- Experience applying analytics to large-scale interventions
- Financial literacy
- Experience across countries/geographies in multinational workstreams
- Industry exposure in Financial Services, Industrial, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Technology, Public Services
- Fluency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with organizational analytics tools (e.g., OrgVue, Dynaplan)
