In this senior, IC role, you will act as the operational backbone for Medical u0026amp; Regulatory Affairs Iberia, linking data, processes and people to improve impact across Spain and Portugal. You will coordinate strategy, governance, and metrics, while enabling disciplined execution and timely decisions. You’ll drive Medical operations, CRM discipline, and information flow with cross-functional partners, aiming to elevate scientific excellence and patient outcomes. This position offers influence across multiple functions in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment in Barcelona.

• Operate the Medical u0026 Regulatory Affairs Iberia cadence, roadmaps, dashboards and governance routines
• Prepare decisions for leadership forums by consolidating data, options, risks and recommendations
• Coordinate operational follow-up of Medical studies and projects (recruitment, ethics, CEIM milestones, contracts, sites, vendors)
• Strengthen Medical and Field Medical Excellence through onboarding, training and capability-building




• Oversee local Medical Information processes (Qu0026A tracking, insight loops, quality feedback) in collaboration with Medical Advisors, Pharmacovigilance and Quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Spain and Portugal to advance Medical Affairs excellence and compliant execution

Responsabilidades
• University degree in a relevant scientific discipline
• Proven experience in Medical Affairs, Medical Operations, Medical Excellence, or Project/Programme Management within a regulated environment
• Strong understanding of Medical strategy, plan execution, evidence generation, governance, KPI management, and vendor management
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a strong advantage; Iberia or multi-country experience highly valuable
