A successful Senior Salesforce Consultant should have:





- Proven expertise in Salesforce configuration and customisation.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes.
- Experience with stakeholder engagement and requirement gathering.
- Knowledge of data integration and security best practices.
- A proactive approach to identifying and solving system issues.
- A certification in Salesforce (preferred but not mandatory).
