Beach Baker is delighted to be working with a leading property company to recruit an Estates / Asset Manager for their team based in London.You will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a diverse commercial property portfolio, including office, industrial, and retail assets.Key responsibilities include:Managing single and multi-let properties, ensuring smooth operations and compliance.Preparing service charge budgetsConducting regular property inspectionsAppointing and liaising with third-party consultants such as agents, surveyors, and solicitorsNegotiating lettings, lease renewals, rent reviews,
