As a CRM Technical Expert, you design and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns to drive engagement and conversions. You will craft and optimize email, SMS, web push, and app notifications, leveraging SQL-based segmentation and HTML/CSS email templates. You’ll support data processes and audience-driven testing while collaborating with the marketing team to shape promotional campaigns.
