Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality customer support to Slovenian-speaking clients via telephone, email, and live chat channels, ensuring every interaction reflects the highest service standards

Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and communicate customer feedback and recurring issues to team leaders and quality assurance teams

Meet and consistently exceed individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including customer satisfaction scores, response times, and resolution rates





Participate actively in ongoing training programmes and team briefings to stay fully up to date with product knowledge, processes, and best practices in the Customer Support Services sector

Uphold all company policies, data protection regulations, and quality guidelines throughout every customer engagement Requirements Native or fluent Slovenian language skills, both spoken and written, are essential for this role — all Slovenian-speaking jobs in Bulgaria require a high level of communication proficiency in Slovenian

Valid EU passport is mandatory for relocation and employment eligibility purposes A strong customer service mindset with a genuine desire to help, support, and resolve issues for customers in a professional and empathetic manner

Good working knowledge of English (spoken and written) to communicate effectively within the international team environment

Proficiency with standard computer applications, CRM tools, and the ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously

Previous experience in Customer Support Services, call centre operations, or a client-facing role is an advantage, though not strictly required — full training is provided
