ph3Senior Consultant – Talent Insights Assessment /h3 pbPractice/Department: /b Talent Insights and Assessment Center of Excellence /p pbLocation: /b Madrid, Spain /p pbPosition Type: /b /p h3Senior Consultant – Talent Insights Assessment /h3 pbTalent Insights Assessment · Spain /b /p h3Our Talent Insights Assessment Practice /h3 pOur Talent Insights Assessment practice blends advanced assessment methodologies, data‑driven insights and technology to help organizations make better talent decisions. /p pWe design and deliver assessment solutions across the talent lifecycle — from early talent to senior leadership — providing insights that support selection, development, succession, performance and business transformation. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 pAs a Senior Consultant in Talent Insights Assessment, you will play a key role in designing, delivering and growing assessment and talent insight solutions for clients in Spain and internationally. /p pYou will work closely with clients and internal BTS teams to understand business needs, shape the right assessment approach, manage projects end to end and translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations. /p pYour responsibilities will include: /p ul liDesign and deliver assessment solutions, including assessment centres, development centres, interviews, simulations, surveys, 360º feedback tools and feedback reports. /li liBuild success profiles, competency models and talent frameworks aligned with clients’ business strategy and leadership expectations. /li liLead assessment projects from scoping and design through delivery, analysis, reporting and client presentation. /li liFacilitate assessment and feedback sessions with participants,



managers and senior stakeholders. /li liAnalyse assessment data and translate findings into clear, actionable insights for clients. /li liPrepare high‑quality client materials, including proposals, presentations, reports and recommendations. /li liManage client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.Contribute to commercial activity, including proposals, client conversations and identifying opportunities for further work. /li liCollaborate with international BTS teams across markets, industries and workstreams. /li liSupport the development of internal knowledge, methodologies and thought leadership within TIA. /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 pWe are looking for someone with strong consulting experience, excellent analytical skills and a genuine interest in talent, leadership and organisational development. /p pYou might be a great fit if you have: /p ul lib3–5+ years of experience in consulting /b, ideally in talent assessment, leadership development, organisational development, HR consulting or people advisory. /li liAlternatively, b7–9+ years of relevant experience in an internal HR, talent, assessment or organisational development role /b within a company. /li liExcellent communication and facilitation skills in Spanish and English.
