ph3Location: /h3 pSpain, Italy, United Kingdom are preferred but other European locations considered /p h3About The Role /h3 pReporting into the commercial organisation, you will play a key role in helping leaders understand business performance, improve forecasting accuracy and make informed decisions. You'll work with data from multiple sources, using analytical insight to identify trends, assess business opportunities and support commercial excellence initiatives across the region. /p pThis is a newly created position with significant scope to influence how reporting, forecasting and business intelligence capabilities develop across Europe. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liAnalyse data from CRM, ERP and operational systems to identify trends, risks and opportunities. /li liDeliver actionable insights that support commercial decision-making and business performance. /li liDevelop and maintain dashboards, KPI scorecards and performance reporting frameworks. /li liSupport forecasting activities across product sales, service revenue and commercial pipeline performance. /li liMonitor pipeline health and provide forward-looking recommendations to improve outcomes. /li liDrive automation of reporting processes and reduce manual effort across commercial teams. /li liImprove the quality, consistency and accessibility of business data. /li liPartner with Sales, Marketing, Service and Operations leaders to understand business challenges and deliver meaningful analysis. /li liIdentify growth opportunities through market analysis, customer segmentation and channel performance evaluation. /li liAssess performance differences across regions and recommend approaches that can be scaled and replicated. /liliSupport business planning processes through data-driven insights and predictive analysis.



/li /ul h3About You /h3 pYou are a commercially minded Business Analyst who can connect data and analytics directly to business outcomes. You understand the importance of forecasting, planning and performance management and can translate complex information into clear recommendations that influence decision-making. /p pYou are equally comfortable working strategically and delivering hands‑on solutions. You enjoy building new processes, challenging assumptions and improving the way organisations use data to drive performance. /p h3Essential Requirements /h3 ul liProven experience in a Business Analyst, Commercial Analyst or similar role. /li liStrong commercial understanding, ideally supporting Sales, Marketing, Service or Operations functions. /li liExperience working with CRM, ERP and operational datasets. /li liStrong forecasting and business planning capability, including pipeline management. /li liExperience developing dashboards, scorecards and business performance reporting. /li liAbility to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations. /li liExperience automating reporting processes and improving business visibility. /liliInternational business experience, ideally gained across multiple countries or regions. /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills. /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving capability. /li liAbility to operate effectively in environments where data quality and processes continue to evolve.
