and lead global projects with structure and clarity—adapting style to each project or situation. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liLead, mentor and develop the MM, QM and Ariba functional team. /li liDefine, implement and continuously enhance global Procurement and Quality processes. /li liOwn and refine best practices for contracts, supplier lifecycle, workflows and quality management. /li liCollaborate closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Warehouse and Operations teams. /li liOversee operational support, ensuring SLA compliance and effective incident resolution. /li liEnsure adherence to internal controls and global standards. /li liDrive automation, process optimization and harmonization across regions. /li liManage project and operational budgets. /li liInfluence global standards and governance across MM, QM and Ariba. /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul li6–10+ years in SAP MM functional roles. /li li3–5+ years working with SAP Ariba modules. /li liExperience in QM is a strong plus. /li li2–3 full‑cycle SAP implementations (MM and/or Ariba). /li liExperience leading SAP functional teams. /li liBackground in general or multinational environments is highly valued. /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liStrong expertise in SAP MM and/or Ariba.
