As AI Adoption u0026amp; Transformation Lead, you will shape and drive AI adoption across the Savings u0026amp; Investment Domain, coordinating between local teams and Global Technology to realize AI-enabled value. You’ll define the adoption roadmap, govern cross-country programs, and lead change management to scale AI initiatives. The role sits at the intersection of business, IT, and operations, enabling a customer-centric transformation. This is an opportunity to influence how AI accelerates daily tasks, software development, and processes across geographies.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Define and maintain the AI Adoption Roadmap for the domain with milestones and success metrics
• Lead country and entity engagement to align execution plans and regulatory considerations
• Oversee process discovery and AI opportunity assessment across tasks and processes
• Coordinate deployment and value realization of general AI products (Devin, Windsurf, MAISA, Microsoft 365 Copilot)
• Design and execute performance monitoring, training, and engagement plans to promote AI literacy
• Execute change management and adoption activities to ensure successful implementation across entities





Responsabilidades
• 5+ years leading large-scale transformation, digitalization or organizational change initiatives
• Experience managing cross-country or cross-functional transformation programs
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and enterprise AI adoption
• Hands-on knowledge of AI productivity, automation and AI-assisted software development tools
• Strong project and program management skills
• Experience designing executive dashboards and performance indicators using Power BI
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate strategy into execution
• Spanish native or C1; English at least B2
• Preferred: experience in Banking/Financial Services; knowledge of Agile; experience with Microsoft Power Platform and AI Agent development
