Giro is looking for an experienced Sports Marketing Contractor to support our Sports Marketing initiatives across Europe. In this role, you'll work closely with our Global Sports Marketing team to coordinate athlete partnerships, product seeding, event activations and day-to-day sports marketing operations.

What you'll do

- Build and manage relationships with athletes, ambassadors, teams and agents.
- Coordinate athlete onboarding and product seeding for seasonal launches and key events.
- Support the planning and execution of cycling and snow events across Europe.
- Coordinate athlete content initiatives aligned with general marketing campaigns.
- Partner with Product, R&D;, Sales and Marketing teams to facilitate athlete feedback.
- Maintain athlete databases, product tracking, budgets, reporting and KPIs.
- Support regional initiatives as part of Giro's global sports marketing strategy.

What we're looking for

- 3–5 years of experience in Sports Marketing, Athlete Marketing, Partnership Marketing,



Event Marketing or Project Management.
- Experience working with professional athletes, teams, agencies or sponsorship partners.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Comfortable working independently in a global, cross-functional environment.
- Willingness to travel across Europe and internationally as needed.

It would be a plus if you have experience in the cycling, snow, outdoor or action sports industry, have managed athlete sponsorship or ambassador programs, or already have an established network within the cycling and/or snow sports community.

Location: Barcelona, Spain (preferred) or Annecy, France.

Contract: Independent Contractor (12-month engagement with the possibility of extension).
