Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for operational excellence and customer satisfaction? We’re looking for an experienced Station Manager to oversee the daily operations of our car rental station, manage a high-performing team, and ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently. Manage the availability, maintenance, and condition of the vehicle fleet. Coordinate vehicle rentals, returns, and cleaning schedules for optimal efficiency.
- Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing complaints. Train and support staff in delivering excellent customer service at every interaction.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate station staff, including rental agents and customer service representatives. Schedule staff shifts and manage workloads to ensure operational
