You will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring operational excellence while creating an engaging and inclusive environment for both customers and employees.## What you will do

Lead, inspire and develop the store team to achieve sales and service objectives.

Drive commercial performance through KPI analysis and action planning.

Deliver an outstanding customer experience that reflects the Napapijri brand values.

Recruit, coach and develop talent within the team.

Ensure excellent standards in Visual Merchandising and store presentation.

Manage stock, operational processes and compliance requirements.

Build a positive and high-performing store culture.





Partner closely with the District Manager to drive business opportunities and continuous improvement.## ## What we are looking for

Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or equivalent leadership role within retail.

Strong people management and coaching skills.

Commercial mindset with the ability to analyse KPIs and translate insights into actions.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Customer-focused approach and passion for delivering results.

Ability to lead through change and inspire teams.

Hiring Range

€26.880,00 EUR

- €33.600,00 EURannually
