As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our Technology Hub in Alicante and looking for a Quality Engineering Lead to define and drive our quality strategy across products, platforms, and engineering teams.

Location: Alicante - Parque Tecnológico de San Vicente

Work model: Hybrid (3 days in the office)

Your Mission

You will be responsible for elevating quality from a testing activity to a strategic capability across the organization.

This role combines quality leadership, risk management, modern QA practices, AI-driven quality innovation, and data-informed decision making. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture,



and Delivery teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the entire software lifecycle.

What You'll Do

- Define and evolve the Quality Engineering strategy across products and technology teams.
- Establish quality standards, frameworks, governance models, and best practices.
- Develop risk-based testing approaches to improve release confidence and delivery quality.
- Drive the adoption of modern Quality Engineering practices within Agile and DevOps environments.
- Introduce and evaluate AI-powered solutions to enhance testing, defect prevention, and quality insights.
- Define quality KPIs and reporting frameworks to provide visibility into quality trends and risks.
- Identify systemic quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and Architects to embed quality from design to production.
