configuring it for visibility and reduced manual reporting• Enforce project governance standards and coach managers without adding complexity• Act as a trusted advisor to IT Leadership, CIO, and global controllers, communicating portfolio status and risks• Drive continuous improvement in portfolio data capture and presentation to enable agility and value deliveryResponsabilidades• 15+ years of senior IT portfolio or program/project management experience with large, complex portfolios• Proven expertise with portfolio tools (Planview, ServiceNow, Clarity, or similar)• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models and gate-based governance xcskxlj • Familiarity with Lean Portfolio Management, SAFe, or equivalent frameworks• ITIL practices and IT service management knowledge• Track record of simplifying processes and improving portfolio performance with measurable outcomes• Ability to drive organizational change and maintain governance standards• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills• Change leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities• Professional certifications preferred (PfMP, PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Lean Portfolio Management, ITIL 4)• Fluency in English; comfortable leading distributed, hybrid teamsRequisitos principales•
