This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of penetration testing activities within our organization, ensuring smooth operations and effective collaboration among stakeholders. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liCoordinate and manage multiple pentesting projects and schedules. /li liExplain security issues and risks to non‑technical stakeholders. /li liOversee penetration testing activities, ensuring adherence to testing processes and addressing challenges. /li liFacilitate stakeholder meetings and align diverse interests. /li liPrioritize tasks and resources based on business needs and project urgency. /li liAddress challenges and adapt to evolving requirements. /li liSupport informed decision‑making by applying basic cybersecurity and penetration testing knowledge. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience working with external vendors or service providers. /li liBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field. /li li5+ years in information security roles, including penetration testing or vulnerability management. /li li2–3 years in project or service management, preferably managing multiple pentesting engagements. /li liFamiliarity with penetration testing methodologies (OSSTMM, PTES) and tools (Nmap, Burp Suite, Metasploit). /li liUnderstanding of network protocols, operating systems (Linux, Windows), and web application security.
