In this role you will lead and coordinate rare disease communications across EUCAN, International regions, and cross-functional teams to strengthen Alexion/AstraZeneca’s profile and reputation. You will shape executive communications, drive internal engagement, and align regional priorities with Global Corporate Affairs. You will guide crisis and change communications, support policy and market-shaping efforts, and foster a connected, high-performing network of in-market communicators. This position offers a strategic leadership opportunity at regional scale with meaningful impact on corporate reputation and employee engagement.Compensaciones / Incentivos• Partner with the SVP to craft strategic executive communications and amplify thought leadership for rare diseases.• Lead internal communications to boost employee engagement and support business strategy delivery.• Own EUCAN/International scorecard messaging and cascading priorities across the organization.• Align SVP scorecard talent development with broader HR communications while ensuring strategic consistency.• Manage regional town halls and contribute to Global town hall planning and content.• Oversee Quarterly Results internal communications for regional staff.• Support HR and change management communications,
