As a Content Moderator, you will review and monitor social media content, enforce policies, and handle sensitive issues while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

- Review content within agreed Service Levels and quality standards

- Monitor user behavior and escalate issues as needed

- Apply client guidelines consistently across diverse content

- Maintain high standards of quality and confidentiality





Qualifications
- Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2) verbal and written

- College degree or equivalent diploma

- Experience in content moderation or e-commerce preferred

- Available for 24/7 rotating shifts

- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital advertising
