What will you do?

- Assume IT consulting responsibilities in SuccessFactors.
- Implement customer requirements across relevant SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Adjust system settings in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Ensure ongoing operations and successful implementation of customer requirements in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Join a cross‑functional team with colleagues in Spain and Germany.

What's your story?

- Professional experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementation, configuration and support in one or more modules.
- Good English skills, written and spoken.
- Analytical thinking, proactive, team‑oriented spirit and desire to continuously learn and innovate.

Nice to have:
- Experience in implementing and supporting SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors projects or modules.




- German language skills.
