As Senior Associate in Au0026amp;M's CMAA team, you will lead workstreams within transaction accounting and financial reporting engagements. You will advise clients on accounting implications of acquisitions, disposals, carve-outs, and financing transactions, and support IPO readiness and finance transformation initiatives. You will manage timelines and mentor junior colleagues while coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated client solutions. You will build strong client relationships and contribute to proposals and practice growth. deliverables, and junior team members across multiple engagements• Coordinating with cross-functional Au0026M teams to deliver integrated solutions to clients• Preparing high-quality reports, presentations, and client deliverables• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through proactive communication and execution excellence• Contributing to business development initiatives, proposals, and practice growth activitiesResponsabilidades• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field• 4-7 years of relevant experience in Big 4 advisory, transaction services, xqbhyrx audit, or consulting• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting requirements• Experience with transaction accounting, carve-outs, IPO readiness, or finance transformation projects• CPA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification preferred• Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment• Demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to team developmentRequisitos principales•
