Responsibilities

- Achieve quarterly targets for qualified opportunities and maintain consistent daily activity
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to identify high-potential prospects
- Present and explain solutions tailored to client needs
- Execute outbound calls and emails, including cold calling, and connect with C-level decision makers
- Analyze client challenges, gather requirements, and match them with Google Cloud solutions
- Keep CRM data updated with leads, contacts, and opportunities
- Contribute to team and individual KPIs such as productivity, conversion, and pipeline growth
- Document customer interactions clearly to ensure transparency across stakeholders

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Native-level Dutch (C2) and fluent English
- Experience in outbound sales, B2B, or business development, ideally in IT
- Basic knowledge of cloud computing, especially Google Cloud Platform
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect needs with solutions
- Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, and professionalism
- Comfortable working with quotas in a phone-based environment




- Solid IT skills to navigate digital tools efficiently

Preferred Profile

- At least one year of IT outbound sales experience
- Proven success in cold calling and managing large account portfolios
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Ability to identify key decision makers and stakeholders
- Goal-driven, proactive, competitive, and resilient personality
- Knowledge of local market and business environment
- Valued competencies: process excellence, collaboration, communication, emotional intelligence, open-mindedness, critical thinking, solution orientation, and entrepreneurial mindset
