OMODA Motors is a new brand built by Chery Group, a leading Chinese automobile company.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for general accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting for EU entities.
- Ensure compliance with Spanish GAAP, IFRS, and EU accounting standards.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage tax filings, declarations, and liaise with local tax authorities and auditors.
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and ensure accurate reconciliations.
- Support treasury operations, cash flow management, and bank relationships.
- Assist in budget preparation, cost control, and financial analysis.
- Maintain and improve internal controls, ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
- Provide timely financial insights and reports to management and HQ.

Requirements





- Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- 8+ years of accounting experience, preferably with multinational corporations.
- Solid knowledge of Spanish GAAP, IFRS, and EU financial regulations.
- Proven experience in tax compliance and financial audits.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel).
- Fluent in Spanish and English; Catalan and Chinese are a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced international environment.
