This role sits at the heart of our Retail Transformation Omnichannel team, ensuring initiatives are well structured, coordinated, and successfully rolled out across markets. /p h3Job responsibilities /h3 pbYour role will be: /b /p ul liCoordinate omnichannel projects from early scoping through to launch and post-launch follow-up /li liHelp structure priorities, plans, and ways of working across business, IT, and regional teams /li liAct as a connector between different teams, making sure everyone is aligned and moving in the same direction /li liFollow up on key milestones, risks, and dependencies to keep delivery on track /li liSupport the definition and documentation of business needs and user requirements /li liContribute to testing (UAT), rollout preparation, and adoption of new capabilities in stores and markets /li liHelp improve existing omnichannel processes and simplify how we work across channels /li liMake sure key information, decisions, and documentation are clear and accessible for all stakeholders /li liSupport governance routines (follow-ups,



meetings, decision tracking) to keep initiatives moving /li liHelp ensure new tools and services are properly understood and adopted by teams across regions /li /ul h3Profile /h3 pbWhat is important for the role: /b /p ul li5+ years of experience in project management in complex, cross-functional environments /li liExperience working on technical or digital projects (eCommerce, retail systems, omnichannel tools, POS, OMS, or similar)Exposure to transformation or process improvement initiatives is a plus /li liStrong collaboration skills and ability to work with different teams and stakeholders /li liComfortable managing priorities, dependencies, and multiple workstreams at the same time /li liStructured mindset with attention to detail, but pragmatic and solution-oriented /li liAbility to translate business needs into clear actions and follow-ups /li liExperience with Agile or hybrid ways of working is a plus /li liFluent in English and Spanish is required; French is a plus /li /ul pAt LOEWE, we value the uniqueness of our clients and our teams, whoever and wherever they are.
