As a Performance Energy Engineer in Siemens Smart Infrastructure, you will identify opportunities to optimize energy use in buildings and deliver energy-saving solutions that meet customer goals. You work within the Digital Services team to apply analytics, audits, and value-focused design to reduce energy consumption, costs, and maintenance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and support sales in digital services opportunities, contributing to a more sustainable, energy-efficient built environment. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge building analytics and a broad, impact-driven scope across Spain.Compensaciones / Incentivos• Conduct remote building data analytics and develop facility improvement measures plans• Engage with stakeholders across industries to understand energy usage, operations, and design gaps• Assist sales in identifying and qualifying potential digital services contracts• Own the optimization process from discovery through delivery, including audits, cost calculations, design,
