¿Qué harás en tu actual puesto?
The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the Jewellery & Watches division, defining the strategy, managing the P&L; and overseeing commercial, operational and team activities. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the department, including team management, operations and business results.
- Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, private consignors and key clients (prospection, pre‑sales, advisory, after-sales).
- Evaluating, authenticating, cataloguing and valuing gemstones, fine jewellery and watches.
- Monitoring market trends to identify opportunities and enhance client experience.




- Overseeing the preparation and execution of quarterly auctions (catalogue creation, marketing, etc.).
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams for auctions, private sales, e-commerce and internal projects.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional in Jewellery & Watches:
- 5-7 years of experience in retail or auction environments within jewellery and/or watches.
- Strong commercial acumen and proven relationship‑building skills in international contexts.
- Gemology degree from a recognised certification institute.
- Knowledge of the art & luxury market, auction business and e-commerce.
- Highly organised, results-driven and autonomous.
- Fluent in Spanish and English; other European languages are a plus.
- Motivated, curious and eager to learn.
