/li liDeveloping and implementing IT policies and best practice guides for the organisation /li liDesigning training programs and workshops for the internal staff /li liRunning and sharing regular operation system reports with senior staff. /li liParticipating in major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations, outages and implementations. /li liIdentifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement. /li /ul h3What you’ll bring to the role: /h3 ul li+5 years of IT system administration experience. /li li+5 years of Support and Infrastructure experience. /li liExperience with or knowledge of programming languages and operating systems (MacOS, Linux and other Windows-based systems), current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring. /li liExpertise in implementing, configuring, and testing solutions. /li liKnowledge in cloud computing. GSuite Administration. Azure Administration. /li liSlack Administration. /li liLinux/macOS/Windows 10 advanced administration knowledge. /li liNetworking intermediate knowledge. /li liScripting/Bash/Powershell. /li liITIL or similar industry best practices knowledge. /li liProven technical and support skills. /li liStrong creative and analytical thinking. /li liExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop effective relationships with peers and leaders.
