About the roleAs a Conformity Governance & Certification Manager (m/f), you are responsible for ensuring company-wide compliance with regulatory requirements, standards, and certifications. In this role you will establish clear governance structures, enable structured decision‑making, and ensure audit readiness across products, markets, and operations. You will collaborate closely with business, IT, and leadership teams to drive transparency, consistency, and the successful execution of certification programs in an international environment.Key Responsibilities- Monitor and assess regulations, standards, and certifications relevant to products and markets- Analyze business impact (risks, costs, opportunities) of regulatory changes- Define and manage conformity obligations and translate them into clear control objectives- Ensure traceability, documentation, and audit readiness- Establish and maintain governance frameworks, including roles (RACI) and decision processes- Organize and lead Conformity Committee meetings and support escalation processes- Maintain the Conformity roadmap and register, including change tracking and communication- Lead the certification program, including planning, audits, and coordination with external bodies- Ensure strong collaboration between business, IT, and compliance stakeholdersEssential Requirements- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Law, Business Informatics, or a related field- Several years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, conformity governance, or certification management- Strong expertise in regulatory frameworks, standards, and certification processes- Governance models, control frameworks, and audit readiness- Experience working in complex, international environments- Ability to translate regulatory requirements into clear, actionable control objectives- Structured,
analytical, and solution‑oriented mindset with strong attention to detail- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and interact confidently with senior stakeholders- Reliable and well‑organized, capable of managing multiple priorities and driving topics independently- Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem‑solving and continuous improvement- Fluent English level C1 minimumAdditional Valuable Experience- Experience in general or matrix organizations- Knowledge of certification bodies and audit coordination- Background in regulated industries- Experience in transformation or governance projects- Additional languages such as German or SpanishPre‑Employment VerificationRIB podrá exigir a todos los candidatos seleccionados que superen un control de experiencia y antecedentes antes de empezar a trabajar.
