In this role you drive data-driven improvements for EU Trans Capacity, aligning with Amazon's operations mission to optimize customer speed and delivery accuracy at planned cost. You will work across functions to scope and deliver end-to-end capacity initiatives, shaping future transport and inventory planning. You’ll tackle ambiguous challenges, conduct analyses, and implement scalable solutions with leadership support. The position offers impact through key events planning and cross-team collaboration.

• Create data-driven solutions addressing organizational challenges with cross-functional stakeholders
• Perform big-picture analysis to drive improvements across multiple teams
• Lead improvement programs with leadership, delivering end-to-end from planning to status reporting




• Develop and manage an EU capacity roadmap to optimize outbound transport and customer experience at planned cost
• Plan and execute capacity for major sales events ensuring appropriate Trans capacity across the network
• Coordinate EU Trans Capacity availability and gap closure during High Volume Events planning and execution
• Build plans, iterate, execute, and capture lessons learned to optimize future processes
• Communicate xqbhyrx plans and secure buy-in from Senior Leadership
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field or equivalent experience
• Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading)
• Experience in capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis or equivalent
• Experience in operations/supply chain
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups)
